The Benefits of Adjusting Measurement Points
- Greater Precision: Precision is crucial in CAD work, and this new feature ensures that you have complete control over your measurements. If you find that the initial points aren't accurate or need fine-tuning, you can easily make adjustments.
- Efficient Editing: Previously, you might have needed to redo measurements if you made a mistake or wanted to reposition the start or end points. Now, you can simply adjust the points without the need for additional measurements.
- Enhanced Collaboration: When working in teams, it's common to receive feedback or changes from colleagues. The ability to adjust measurement points makes it easier to accommodate these changes without starting from scratch.
How to Adjust Measurement Points
Using this feature is straightforward:- Measure an Object or Distance: Begin by measuring as you normally would, selecting the measurement tool and clicking on the start and end points.
- Adjust the Points:
- After measuring, you'll see the measurement line with endpoints.
- Tap and hold on either endpoint to select it.
- Drag the endpoint to the desired location, and release when you're satisfied with the adjustment.
- Continue Your Work: With your measurement points adjusted, you can now proceed with confidence, knowing that your measurements accurately reflect your intentions.
